Never! Plotwind is specifically designed to stop exactly where you tell it to. We'll summarize characters, plot points, and settings only up to your specified point, so you can read with confidence.
Free accounts get 3 summaries per month. If you need more, you can either purchase a 3-summary pack for $0.99 or upgrade to Premium for $4.99/month for unlimited summaries.
Premium members get unlimited summaries every month, access to bookmark tracking with progress history, personal reading notes, dark mode, and custom tags. Plus, you're supporting an indie developer!
Plotwind works best with published fiction books. We support most popular novels, classics, and contemporary fiction. If we don't recognize a very obscure book, we'll let you know.
No problem! You can describe your stopping point in other ways, like 'when they arrived at the castle' or 'after the big battle scene'. Plotwind is pretty good at figuring out where you are in the story.
You can cancel anytime from your Profile page. Your premium access will continue until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Yes! We only store the minimum data needed to provide the service. We don't share your reading history or personal information with third parties. Check our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes! Premium members can view their full summary history from their profile. You can copy any summary or save it for your records.
Our summaries are generated using advanced AI that has been trained on a vast library of books. We aim for high accuracy, but we recommend using summaries as refreshers rather than study guides. The more specific you are about your location, the better the summary.
While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally make mistakes. If you notice an error, please contact us with the book title and the issue. We use this feedback to improve the service.
Yes! You can use Plotwind for audiobooks too. Just tell us the chapter or timestamp where you stopped, and we'll generate your summary.
Absolutely! Use our Bookmarks feature to track as many books as you want. Each bookmark saves your current location, ratings, and notes, making it easy to manage multiple reads.
If you're on the free plan and run out of your 3 monthly summaries, you can purchase additional 3-summary packs for $0.99 each. These never expire and carry over month to month.
